For some reason, I'm not getting any . I bought 75E worth a while ago, and I still have 272. I got my 2nd a little while ago, so I thought that it was that, but I've used up all 20 that it gave me + a few and I still haven't gotten any .

Help?

nah your just un lucky i got it the 5th day i played. i think.

He means that he does not get the games. Of course he got , and as well, as you can see in his post

You have to use up all of your 272 before you start recieving the Daily Game again.

Usually you receive 1 free game per day. If you play it you will get another one the next day. If you, however, get , or they will give you 5, 10 or 20 more games and you will not receive a free game until you play those 5, 10 or 20 games. After you do, you will start receiving your regular 1 free game per day.

Yea but if you have paid for some then for some reason you dont get your daily free play, you just have to use up the that you paid for

You are wrong. You have to receive your daily . For example I currently have 36 and tomorrow I will have 37. If I play one game tomorrow they will drop to 36 and I will have one more the next day. However if I get the my games will become 41 and I will have to play that five before I start getting my free daily game.

If you are 100% sure that you have played those 20 games, then you better write a message to contact@hfest.net with your problem. They will see if anything is wrong with your account and fix it.
