You may not need to get in the circle, just place a bomb on the corners outside. The bomb does have a blast radius, which could reach the activation box (invisible) needed to make the portal appear.

I had a close look at the screenshot, and it looks fake to me. The lives are not as far left as they should be, and the cristal letters section looks wrong. There are also some other things as well.

I'm confused about why someone would do this. You will be proven wrong eventually regardless of how difficult it is to open the place, even in the event of the screenshot being convincing.

It is too fake to be true. The door looks fake, the floor below Igor is missing, the lives look ugly...

Besides that there is no PD with a door. The level doesn't fit the regular square boxes format. There is something I know about the levels that helps me find 90% of the fakes, and I see it here too. And I believe I have blew bombs there.

Looking closely at the image it looks fake to me too. Altho if there really is a PD there that would be cool.
