I just got stuck in this level and had no chance to get out of that position.

What I want to know is, how did you even get stuck there in the first place? There's no way to get up there. Even if you tried jumping up from the coin gap below, as soon as you "enter a ceiling" you lose the ability to move left or right.

It is just a bit of "luck"... Like jumping from one side of level 95 to the other, or - even more interesting - jumping into a teleporter there. I did that exactly once; it is as good as impossible. And it depends on luck

I definitely didn't do this on purpose;-) and definitely it's not faked.

Be foolish and jump to the left when you are in the small gap, and then... sometimes you reach the next spot, sometimes not...

I had and somehow with bombs I got up there. I didn't do it on purpose.
Sometimes when bored I jump around an use many bombs.

To do a jump like that (or like at level 95) you must jump BEFORE you reach the wall. You need some perfect timing (or bad luck in this case ^.^) to do it. It happens because you have a little more acceleration when you move and you are not stopped by the wall. I found about this acceleration in a bad way. If you stay where the Lemon 1 is (level) or above him and you go left, you will die if you are too close to the edge when you fall. If you are a bit further and take few steps before falling, you won't die on the spikes.
