Bad "powerups"

While there are some items that are pretty much always bad to get (22 says hello) I am wondering if there are any items whose effects you will try to avoid even though they are not outright harmful. 13 and 18 are the two that spring to mind for me. Do you all like these items, or do you skip them like I do?

For me it depends, I'll get 13 18 7 and 37 if I'm going for a high level. But I'll ignore them if I'm going for score. 13 and 37 increase my skill greatly and allows me to reach the late 80 - early 90s with ease, but it makes it harder for me to get big Crystals. 7 allows me to breeze though the early levels but increase my chance of dying in the later levels. 18 makes it easier to beat the later levels without dying but it make me go slow and run out of time if I'm going for big Crystals. 18 is a must have if I'm going in PDs like PD 46, PD 64, PD 51 and the like.

All other power ups are must haves.

I haven't unlocked the tropical flower yet, and I think I won't. I hate it :D Makes me too slow.

I always avoid 13 18 . 13 is okay when you can't kick bombs up yet, but as soon as you can, this kick becomes useless...

9 101 are interesting too - they are both dangerous, but usually I take them ;)

And you forgot 72 :P Dangerous too, but it can (can!) give you a lot of points.

And how exactly is 72 dangerous?

I don't take:
90 13 18 22 7 39 88 91 92 30 31

I avoid:
11 12 14 32 and sometimes 81
but I always take them if I'm in hell :)

It is not dangerous, true. But it makes important Evil Liquors disappear :P (Luckily, I had never problems with it...)
