Where can i get keys?

In many Levels there are locked doors and keyholes.
Where can i get the keys? I play now for a few weeks, but get no keys (instead of level 2 Bonus-game... the gnomes on the table.)

The Keys are acquired in various ways. Some are found in PDs, some are enabled as random appearances after completing specific quests. There are prolly ways of getting keys I have no clue about too, so yea.

Bottom line: keep playing, the keys will come eventually.
