What do you expect to be the point of ? It is just a bad, common item like or . What is the point of these two? Or what is the point of ?

It took me until a few weeks ago (after three months of playing) to realize that the letters give you 5 points by default (since the number does not appear on the screen, and I have no reason to check my score every time I pick something up).

Whenever I have one of , it appears that they need a second or two to "charge up" even after the shot hits someone or disappears off the screen. Is this true, or is it just conveniently-placed lag ?

is my most hated item -- by far. Most evil items ( , , , ) can at least be avoided. , however, is unavoidable in my mind. I can't resist the free points, but it's so uncomfortable to sit there at the end of every level, jamming spacebar as rapidly as possible.

P.S. I find myself liking a lot more lately -- I actually get it on purpose now. I love what it does for up-kick; it makes me feel powerful.
