To get a category up you just post it (preferably with a NEW CATAGORY: in front of it so I can search-but that doesn't matter-and it will be put up. Be as wacky, weird and creative as you want!
If an item, enemy, PD or level gets 2 nominations (posting saying (level, PD, enemy, item here) should go here!) then it gets nominated and you can start voting for it. Once you have voted you can't retract your vote and vote for something else. You can vote in multiple categories but you can only vote in a particular category once. All clear?
