I have figured it out.
I looked at a guy's page on the french forum.
He had that missing item.

IT WAS THE HELMET OF VOLLEYFEST.

Go onto soccerfest, and choose Volley. You'll get a red helmet at the start. get it 10 times and tarahhhh! Have a nice item!

Sorry if this doesnt work, but it was definitely on a player's page!

Items gotten on Soccerfest and Learning mode don't count toward your items. Same the other way. Each is completely independent.

And yeah, the account is closed, dor, but i think HammerHelp has the helmet.

The item is not 'missing', it doesn't exist.
