For everyone who wan't to play Hammerfest with gamepad:
Download the Programm xpadder (freeware). This Programm can assign every keypress to your gamepad.
So u can play easyly with gamepad, instead of keyboard.

I believe when you buy a gamepad you receive a cd with software for it, that has the similar function. People are free to use whatever software they need and if by chance they cannot find one, they will ask for it.

but it only works with x-box controls

My Saitek does not have such a software.
So i searched and find this pice of code.

This is not my software, and its no advertise for this software. I#ve benn glad if someone told me that such software exist before i found it.... and here i am to tell it to other who want to play with gamepad games which normaly only playable by keyboard.


And its not only for xbox.
You can load a theme for your joypad, and use it by asign keys for each button.

works like a charm for me.
