now.. seems as if I finally found the right place for posting this bug^^

Theres a bug in level 39, apperead to me the first time... one strawberry is in one of the two closed arreas on the left and wont come out (I really tried everything), I can go in, but I only have the frost bomb, so I cant harm it... just lost all 5 lives left on this.. -.-

hmm, I never got this problem, just above it, and strat runing left-right left-right fast it will jump upper.

It is not a strawberry, they come later. I'm not sure if they are tomatoes or apples though.

This isn't a bug either, though it certainly is a pain when it happens.

When that happens, go directly above (freezing it if necessary to get past it) it and wait. It should jump up to you fairly quickly. This works better the closer you are to it.

Note: tomatoes never jump down, so don't try and attract it down. Bananas will go both up and down though.

Even if you can't freeze the apple from below you can still wait for it to spit a seed and jump past it to the floor above it. After that it will follow you and you can jump once again, and after that it will come out.

I am thinking of doing something to the guy that started that "bug/virus/hack" thing...

P.S. I also deleted your same post from "New help and support website". It was clearly stated where you can contact the MT team and it is not a bug for an apple to jump up.

Yeah... it's not a bug... although it IS a pain when an apple goes there..

Plus... Regarding the "Unknow" episode... Was it a virus, a bug or a hacker?

It was not a bug or a virus for sure. It could be a hacker, but who would be that dumb to remove only the names? It was most likely a human error (someone renamed a file or a folder and the names couldn't be loaded) or it was an update that took too long. Nothing to worry about.
