I finally got past the first raspberries today. . I got to 54.12.1.5

hehe 54.5 entered hell with 3 lives though :S

how is that level even possible?? you would have to basically kill everything else but the strawberry first, AND THEN kill the strawberry hoping it falls down before you do....

thats just a bit crazy

I think to sit on bottom left or right and just throw well timed bomb.

Unfortunately that isn't enough. The bombs won't be close enough to hit the strawberry. What you do is, starting from the platform the the right (it also works from the left, but reversed obviously):
1. lay a bomb
2. kick it to the left
3. walk off the platform to the left
4. kick the bomb again in midair
5. lay bombs as often as you can to delay your fall.

It does need a bit of luck though. If the strawberry is to the left of it's platform when the bomb explodes, it will miss.

Of course, it does need to be the last one you kill, and it is hard to kill everything else without dying, so a much more common way to kill it (at least for me) is with the protection of a shield received after dying.

I think I have used the protection shield for that already hundreds of times (... okay, not 100, but... often) and the way you described exactly once, which was one of the 2 or 3 games in which I survived that level (In the others I used the items)

What if you kick the bomb the way you would if you wanted to "throw" the bomb over 2 squares gap? Not kick-up, but kick-kick? It's kinda like you said, but here no need to walk off the platform

I don't think you can get far enough with that.
