I tried to access the dimension in TT.10, but I couldn't find it. Does it even exist on the English version? Or does it only appear on the French version...

Why should it have been left out in the english version? Do you know how to find it? From a video I have seen, it seems to be in the leftmost red laser... Never tried it myself - if one day I reach that level again, I try to remember it
