Very short after my first Glacier the second Glacier apeared in the game, but at a location where i wasnt able to get it fast enough.
Since then im looking for weeks now after this second Glacier and it dosnt appear again...

It could just be very bad fortune, but... I guess it is supposed to stop appearing if the quest is completed (since its just needed for this quest)?
So Maybe becouse it allready appeared a second time where i wasnt able to get it or whatever...

Can someone have a look why my second Glacier doesnt appear?

it will eventually. its probably just a coef. 3 or 4.
just keep looking for it.

It is Coef.4 which is a bit rare. I get 2-6 Coef.4 items playing 150-200 levels and there are quite a few Coef.4 items. You'll see it some day.

Missing items of high coefficients never has anything to do with bugs. I just experienced the thing with missing coeff. 5s. As far as I know the chances of that which happened to me to happen were about 1/2000, but that means that it is still possible to happen. Your problem is just a similar one.

I got my first about after 1 week playing.
It was about 5-6 months ago, but I never find a second one, in this 5-6 month. I'm waiting for it
