Only the keys you get from the Paperwork and Metallic Water quests stop appearing after you got them 1196

and they are coeff. 3, so quite easy to find. I got both of them during the next two or three games after completing the quests.

i got the wooden key, started metallic water. so i should be able to get a few keys to drop. but i still get nothing
