Support has been contacted. However sometimes multiaccounting cannot be proven. Someone may create an account "electriczax2" claiming that that's my second account and if I don't use the forums and see it I cannot prove him wrong. It is better a multiaccouner to be left alone instead of risking innocent people to get punished for nothing.
