My Hypercam is at 20 fps record and playbac, but for my project, in order to make it fit into a reasonable number of videos, the clips are all sped up to 4x speed.

1. 3 million
2. HoF
3. unblock all coeff.4 item
4. find the first coeff.6 item
5. unblock first coeff.5 item
6. unblock 300+ item

I do that on purpose so that the videos are shorter and fit within the time limit for YouTube better.

Don't despair, Neko! Remember when 1 million seemed like an impossible dream? XD Before you know it, you'll be getting 2 million every time without even thinking about it.


15 seems too hard for me without up-kick (or practice), so I've only done it once on each server. 51 just frustrates me

15 isn't too bad without the up-kick. The last level just requires careful timing, since you actually have to jump into the box with the lemons, instead of tossing a bomb up at them. I go through there regularly with my up-kick-disabled Spanish Igor. (Admittedly, he drops 2-3 lives there every time... and he's never quite made it through 15.12.) 51 seems almost impossible without up-kick, though. I'm impressed you got that far!

You'll be glad to know that in the Tuber battle, there seems to be absolutely no advantage to having the up-kick -- so if you can get there, you'll be on equal footing with all other challengers.

Oh, and I assume that the Tuber-trouncing will only count if it's on this server, right?

I think I'll probably take a hiatus from hammerfest for awhile... at the moment, it's just making me freustrated and it's been talking a real toll on me emotionally. A week or so, maybe.

Well, if you're just getting frustrated, taking a break is a good idea. This sort of game is best when it's fun and relaxing, after all.

Neko, I can understand where you're coming from. Now that I am going mainly for score, every single time I die it hurts a little inside, and sometimes I yell. But remember that you are still in the top percentile of HF players; of course you are not the very best, but you are one of the best. I remind myself of this fact when I start to get envious, and it makes me happy.

Vanilleon, I suppose it can count on other servers. But I think we both have less items over there to help us out (and you must miss the Zodiac powers), so the fact is, if you can do it there, you can do it here. Right ?

Also, 15.12 is not a problem for me. I think I have only lost one life in my three visits. Let's see ... I lose no lives in 0 thtough 3; in 4, 5, 6, when the apricots start appearing, I have a bit more trouble; 7 through 11 give me the real trouble, although 9 is all right. Up-kick would virtually cut my time in half for these later levels.

Besides, I figured that, unless I decide to do it every time, I should wait to beat Paperwork before I go in there again, so I can do it 10 times instead of 20 (at least on .fr, where I already have a Chaos Stapler).

That makes sense. Actually, I was asking because it's possible that I may have... sort of... beaten Tuber on .fr last night... slightly. Um. Like I said, I kind of assumed that we were talking about this server. (Somehow it doesn't seem official if it isn't on my main account.) Sorry if that isn't what you had in mind.

My French Igor does have the up-kick, which seems to be a pretty huge advantage in the mid-to-late 90s; I don't know if I could do it without the Zodiac powers. If you still want to race next week, and have it be fair, I should use my Spanish Igor. (That is, if I can find my last two over there. I don't fancy playing in the dark.) XD

Anyway, I want to keep playing for points here for the rest of the week. I'm curious to see if I can reach 4 million!
