No matter what week you enter the HoF (Pantheon), you're going to be depriving someone else of the position. There is no good time, so to speak.

You are halfway right. Those guys have played a lot on some other server before coming here so if he had an account from the very start, he would already be at that high level. And we also have players who made accounts on the other servers, which is 'not fair' for their new players.
