gives you 10 points every time you kick a bomb
gives you ten points for a certain period of time walking
ten points every time you jump

Also, where can I find the most comprehensive list of big-crystal orders for the levels? I've found a list of 1-20 on the forums, but none past that, and even some of the later levels (the bomb bosses on 40, for example) would be easy to do in order if I knew what it was.
