@30191
at the moment all i can guess (90% sure about this;))
Ogr jpfxa ykhte mhu cpdin hqrk ogr bzwv shl =
The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog
i'll work out the solution tomorrow, i'm tired:P

@ans
false, i don't see how an "O" would be a 6 because of num-lock. as far as i know all num-lock does is allowing you to use the numbers on the right of your keyboard? on your mobile phone the "O" is represented by the 6, but that doesn't make sense to the rest of he sentence, please explain;)

the next poster thinks i'm stupid for not understanding both of the systems yet;)

got it:

reh nfgo srqbhn kronhi oure rgo should be mirrored
Ogr eruo ihnork nhbqrs ogfn her

then assuming

Ogr jpfxa ykhte mhu cpdin hqrk ogr bzwv shl =
The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog

gives
Ogr eruo ihnork nhbqrs ogfn her
The next poster solved this one

which equals true;)

new "tnp"

the next poster still thinks i'm stupid for not understanding ans' system;)

No :P

I'm using a laptop that has a different Num Lock, so it affects the keys directly. You probably have to have the same laptop as me in order for it to work properly :lol:

The next poster has the same laptop as me :huh:

False. I don't have a laptop at all. :(

The next poster thinks the coded posts should go into a new thread. :innocent:

Nahh.... :lol:

Here's how my Num Lock changes the keyboard:

0/) = *
P = -
;/: = +
? = /
L = 3
O = 6
I = 5
K = 2
M = 0
J = 1
U = 4

Interesting system, ANS :D I like it, though it is really hard to see ;)

John: No, I don't think so. But I think we should stop it now :P

piet: Correct! And you got one of the 11 mirrors. Can you now tell me how I created the coded alphabet?
As a little help, all the 26 letters; you got them already anyway:
a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z
z y x s r m l g f c a b d e h i j k n o p q t u v w
Think of the letters as numbers, it could be helpful.

The next poster would like to post a code like this too.

@ANS, I don't have the same laptop as you, but the keyboard is similar. I have the numpad overlayed on the letter keys as well, so I see what you mean. :)

@30191, I would like to, but I'm too tired at the moment. I'll probably try to think up a good one tomorrow, if I have time. Same with figuring out yours, if piet doesn't get to it before I do. :lol:

And to answer to your other remark, I do know a code that I can speak in. It's called Spanish. ;) (Not many people I speak with know this language, so in a way it seems like a code to them.)

The nest poster thinks all this cryptographical stuff is amusing/interesting. :P
