True. I still don't understand how to order levels with them.

Are you talking about Lichies or Peaches? Because if you freeze Lichies (to peel down their Red skin) you ruin the order. If you kill a Peach - 2 small peaches fall down and when you kill all other fruits the small peaches have to be killed in the order:
Left-Right, Left-Right, also following the order of small peaches appeared on screen.

If you slam peach 2 into peach 1 so that peach 1 dies first but is flying in the air, then the frozen peach 2 could get to the bottom first, and the first minis that appear will not be next in the order because they spawned from peach 2. The 3-4 minis are from peach 1 always and in this case they would fall AFTER the 5-6 minis.

It would be more correct to say that the minis are killed in pairs (left-right) in the order the large peaches were.

Lychees: Well, how do you do the orders with them?
For example level 91 becomes impossible. Help please.

you can try hitting them with another fruit. That will slide the lychee in the direction it is going. For example on 61, you can slide the lychee off the bottom by hitting it with the lemon.

Or for the simple way, you can hope for an item
