but i think my way of finding MT is a little different than you guys
It all started a looong time i think around March on 2008 when i got a popup while going to a website. it was called "myminicity" (you might have heard it before). i was doing something else at the moment so i saved the URL (thank god i did!) and closed the page. Later i remembered to type in the URL and then i created a myminictiy and i got around 140 people i think when i quit, but there was always this ad for "Dinoparc" there and just out of annoyance of seeing that same ad over and over, i clicked on it. so i joined Dinoparc and i played that for a loooong time about a year i think but anyway, on New Years day i saw the ad in Dinoparc's News section about KadoKado and i tryed that out. Kadokado led me to Alphabounce and eventually i came here to hammerfest.

False... interesting way. And indeed extremely complicated... My way was easier - ad for hfest, started playing and found every other MT game I am currently playing here

I can't actually remember how I first found Hammerfest...all I know is that this was my first MT game, and I joined before the first person got into the HoF. From here I went on to Alphabounce and Naturalchemist, hen more recenly Dinorpg and Kadokado.
Alphabounce I stopped playing because I was bored of how slow progress was, also I now only have my laptop and it's pretty hard to play it with a touchpad...and Nauralchemist I stopped playing the day I made a gold nugget and found that absolutely nothing happens at all :dontcare:

How I came upon hammerfest was a link from www.pointlesssites.com that took me to some other MT game like MyMiniCity or other somesuch application.
It got boring pretty quickly, but I soon discovered the other MT games and fell in love with hammerfest (even though I could not buy games) then quit for an expansive amount of time and returned and here I am.

The next poster looked up www.pointlesssites.com.
