hmm not really.. you were probably able to get the evil liquors after you already had some c5 and it's randomly distributed, so let's assume you had 15 c5 before you were able to get the evil liquor. the chance to have at least 2 of them is 1-P(0 or 1) = 1 - (21/22)^70 - (21/22)^69*(1/22)*70=0,833 is about 83%.. so nearly 2 out of 10 people with 85 c5 would end up without 2 or more evil liquors.. now if i rephrase your 'tnp' and ask whether it's weird to have no evil liquor at all, i'd say yes, because that chance (assuming the 15 c5 before ability to get evil liquor) is only (21/22)^70 = 0,0385 is about 4% which is a lot smaller, but still 1 out of 25 hammerfestians with 85c5 (or 70, however you like to call it)

True, books are great. Shame not so many young people likes to read books if they are not forced to do so at school.
