Well, not necessarily everybody. Some people who have had a stroke had the part of their brain that makes dreams damaged and they never will dream again.
Also there is this product (i forgot the name) that ive heard of that lets you actually dream what you want when you are still awake! it straps around your head like a blindfold would, but i dont think you can buy it yet.
