You don't have to hate your life, just because you have one crappy friend. Here's what you can do:

1. Next time he asks you to go out and play, hang out or something you can say that you are going to hang out with someone that doesn't have BoS and is not acting like a jerk because you don't have it.
He may think about what he's done and don't act like that any more. If he doesn't and you don't care about him so much - just ignore him. I think it's better to have few real friends, than 100 people who stab you in the back and doesn't care of how you feel.

2. Next time he starts "Haaa-haaaaaa, you don't have book of staaaaaaaaaaars" you go "Haaa-haaaaaaa (the same thing he says to you) you have the book of stars and you can't reach level XX (some level he doesn't reach, but you do) and your score is so low, ahahhah". Repeat his words as much as possible. Eventually two things will happen - he will see what he's been doing to you (because you'll be slapping him with his same words every time) and stop or you two will continue to argue with one another, pissing each other off till you find some other friends to hang out with.

3. If you two has been friends for a while (like 5 years or more) and has bonded as good friends - talk to him. Tell him that you are friends and his words hurt you. This is just a game and the Book of Stars is just a random item and you don't like the fact that he's been showing off just because he has been luckier than you. If he thinks of you as a friend he'll understand and stop. If he doesn't think of you as a friend... I'm sorry.

Thanks for the advice... I was like 1mm away and i'm pissed at hammerfest, not him anymore. I just want to get the BoS, BoM, or at least more than 1 golden igor every month.

This is the only one of my accounts that has the BoS. It took me only about a month to get it but on my accounts that I've been playing on for much longer still haven't got it.
One of my friends got it twice on the same account and he was angry cause the second time u get it doesnt to anything.

Just realised why I don't have a book already! All of my friends got books as their first coeff. 5 item, but I got that annoying chocolate mouse thing worth 1 point.

A rare item (Coeff.5) that opens up two sets of items and two quests for you.
The first quest gives you a second bomb when you complete it, and the second quest lets you shoot bombs upwards using the down arrow.
