so what is the highest level you've gotten to mine is i think 8 or 9 i just started today

all game in standart mode is easy.....

in nightmare mode i usually get to 90+ lvl but cleared only 3 times......

i would not describe the normal game as easy, i needed some practice and my highest level is still something over 70. You become better and better every game

I just started playing again after several months. You'd think I'd be out of practice, but no! Not only did I get to...77, I think, I also kicked alot of butt on the way. 77 is a real pain, though. Tricky jumps, though no enemies to worry about.

You are talking about 78, not 77. Level 77 is the one where you must pray the raspberries and kiwis won't swarm on the entrance.

And speaking of 78, there's a shortcut, just jump towards the teleporter right away using a simple bomb-jump.

After that one things become a little bit hellish.

I just reached my highest level today, was 67 I believe, and got my highest score...unfortunately I didn't make it into the top 10 to get to pyramid level 2

Oh well, there's always next week when I get my weeklies...I only have one game left and I'm saving that for tomorrow, because that's when I finally finish the 150 secret coin quest...better unlock something damn good for it! Plus I am now up to 5 starting lives, BOOYA!! That ought to help me get further

It's a pain, I know. Keep grabbing the items in the hopes that you get an instant victory item (like or :item11. If you get then it really helps. Apart from that use the green and blue bombs wisely. Even still I usually lose at least 1 life on it. But level 20, once you get to it, is really fun, trust me. By the way, my heghest is 34.
