I keep getting stuck on level 45 of, I guess the american version. There is a platform with a lemon on it that for the life of me I cannot get to. Any suggestions?

Hi, there are basically 3 ways:

1) If you have shoes it is very easy;
2) If you have 2 bombs (lamp, stars quest etc...) you use 1 bomb to jump and then you place the other bomb near ther lemon;
3) If you don't have any of the previous things you should jump to the platform and at the very end of your jump leave a bomb; you will fall but the bomb will stay on the platform and it will kill the lemon.

Stand on one of the platforms to the left and right (the entrances to the part with the spikes) jump off of there, and kick a bomb onto the platform when you're at the highest peak of that jump.

It's hard, it's annoying, and it pisses me off every time I have to do it, but that way always works for me.
