U must get zodiac book collect 40 41 42 43 44 45 46 47 48 49 50 51 and then u unlock zodiac mixture quest and when u collect all potions 52 53 54 55 56 57 58 59 60 61 62 63 u can kick bombs up ;)

actually, you don't need to, it's just quite helpful, especially if you're going for the big crystal.
