I am starting to get really frustrated. Half of my open quests are because I am missing some items that I have never even seen before. Not like I saw them and missed them, never seen em pop up at all.

I was lucky to get the book of stars really early on and I just got the book for the mushrooms.

It's just really annoying ya know.

Any suggestions?

so I went and looked and here is what I am missing.

Great Predator: Last two needed

Expert in Salad and Stews: All needed but the cans

Hammerfest Feast: All needed but the last two

Bon Vivant: Last one needed

Guu's Mystery: Last two needed

Divine Sweets: First three needed

I mean, I have never gotten or seen any of these.

So right now!

Good taste: first needed
Great Predator: last two needed
Expert in salads and stews: all needed except last two
Hammerfest feast: all needed except last two
Bon vivant: last needed
Norwegian fondue: first needed
Guu's mistery: last two needed
Divine sweets: first needed
Mad hatter: after a long waiting, got the last once yesterday ...
Eco-terrorist pony: last needed, second one i did get 3 times .. a long time ago ...
MotionTwin Diet: don't know if i will ever get all those red things (number five)

Well, the only hint that I can give you is to continue playing and eventually luck will prize you .

The parrot's head is unlocked once you finish Good Taste (the candy cane is a lv. 4 object, pretty rare), while the most rare salad is the octopus (lv. 5).

Most french players think that a good way to find rare objects is to unbalance your fridge avoiding useless rare objects and taking a LOT of lv. 1 and 2 items (the basic ones).
After a while the fridge should be unbalanced with a lot of normal items and you should get the rare ones.
I personally tested this technique but I am not very sure about it ...

Other players think that after you beat Tuber you have a better chance to find rare items (who knows ?).

Just keep on playing and have fun

yeah right - keep playing, some items unlock after completing a quest, so there can be some sort of chain reaction after some luck

So I need 2 more soda bottles for the motion twin diet.

So what are some level 1 items and how do you know the rarity of them?

I've got the same problem, and I'm missing almost the same items it's realy frustration!!!

I've been playing about 50 games and hardly got any questitems during this time!!! This is sooooo frustration!!!!

around 15 games or so, and I still haven't managed to find either book.

My Quests that i have active, i was relly lucky with teh candy cane and a few of the harder ones but some of the easer ones i should be getting seem to take forever.
