There is an arrow that says you can go down further in PD 6. In this level, there are breaks in the spikes both above and bellow perimetre.

I've never gotten the and at the same time to be able to try and ascend upward past the spikes. Nor have I unlocked the Unstable Explosive to see if that can do anything in this situation.

But seeing as there is still an unknown item to be found in the game, I thought I'd ask.

jackwingsam: Just use the forum search or search yourself. This is one of the most asked questions.
1) is totally useless here, no matter what other items you got.
The reason: You can't go through a ceiling this way. It's simple.
2) In Unstable Explosives mode, which JoeKickass has unblocked, you can go down there, which JoeKickass has done. As far as I remember he has not told us what comes after that, but it is rumoured that you arrive in PD82 after going through an empty level.
3) The missing item is the red helmet in Soccerfest: Choose the area "VollevFest" and look exactly in the beginning. There is no 353rd item ingame, as long as there are no further updates.

except ive seen a vid of a guy spamming until he glitches on top of the ceiling, that was given to me when i said that there was no way it could be done.

This is quite discussed matter. There are a lot of levels that the arrow to the bottom and the writing "next level" appears, but you don't reach the next level from the bottom. So this arrow is not something you should consider.

The 353rd item is unknown, because it doesn't exist.

The key to the door in 86.1 also doesn't exist.

These are things you shouldn't waste your time thinking about. They are not such a great mystery to be revealed. And also - stop wasting our time explaning you things in details.
