i have heard that there are giant gems that u can get, not just giant crystals! like the sidways green can anybody prove this? it would be SO cool to see and get one of those!

It all depends on how many enemies are on the level.

8 enemies - Giant (160,000) [Example]
9 enemies - Giant (202,500) [Example]
10 enemies - Giant (250,000) [Example]

One small correction:

10 enemies OR MORE for giant . If there are more than 10 enemies, you still get , and it is still worth the same.

In the third video, what is that in the bottom-left corner?

Something similar to an item. Makes the lemons vanish (as far as I remember)

Yes, that's for killing exactly 7 enemies in order. Best chance at that is level 65 because the enemies start off separated and there is little risk of not knowing which enemies to kill first. Still 3 things could go wrong:

1) While attacking orange #3 with white bombs, the bomb explodes too close to the orange, sending it slamming into orange #7.

2) Cherry #5 falls onto the same level as orange #7, making it extremely difficult to kill the cherry without also killing the orange.

3) Fireball (although it helps if you ignore the little crystals).

I'd estimate I get the big black crystal without dying about 1/3 - 1/2 of the time I play level 65.
