How do you escape from 54.9 without deaths?

(I hope I explain the right level, I still don't see Cadomax's pictures though others say they are up again)
You can go down to where the two lemons have been (no jumping, just walk straight towards the edge, but from a longer distance! Does not have to be really long, but if you stand right next to the edge, Igor will be too slow upon reaching it and die on the side spike.
When you are there (okay, I guess you have already done that, but anyway...), go to the left - there is this pit with one pair of spikes. You have two options: either just walk on and drop a bomb as soon as you reach the pit (you won't die if you do it with good timing), or jump over the pit (you will still need the bomb, but it feels a bit safer. Don't know if it really is...). Then jump up and go down through the small way.
And then RUN! xD

This level (54.9) appears to be the only one that still isn't showing up. All the other levels of Hell are there. (A few of the Hell links take you to the older, cooler-looking version of Cadomax; this has always happened, because there is an unnecessary zero in the URL. The images haven't been re-uploaded for those pages, but if you remove the zero from the URL, you can see them. [i.e. Change 54.09 to 54.9])

I like the cooler vierson... when i first saw it i thought that there was a new skin for hell... Then i moved into the next level and saw that it wasn't the case...

Yeah, it appears that the site owners moved all the Hell levels to new addresses, but they forgot to delete the old pages and modify the hyperlinks. And it would be nice to have that available as a skin for all the Cadomax pages.

How do I bypass these spikes that appear at circled location?

I don't think there are any spikes there. The spikes appear below the teleporter when you try to exit. You have to exit through the bottom left; a hole will appear for you to pass through.

Ah, that's what I was asking.

But spikes do appear there, I think. It was about a week ago that I first got there, and got killed by them.

If you jump to the left past the bottom left lemon, you can pass them. You have to hit the small space left from the spikes which you can see there, then jump up. The wall will open to the left and you can continue.
