Current questions:
1) For the 15765th time, WHY can we not get updates? I understand there's a reason, I understand it's most probably legite, but damn it why can't we KNOW what the reason is? For chrissakes the update is already developed, you only need to translate it (which people are offering to do it for free) and upload it... what can seriously be SO problematic that it takes few frikkin YEARS and is getting indefinitely postponed!?
2) WHY do you keep deleting posts where people legitimetly express their dislike of the current no-updates situation? And how do you have the nerve to permanently ban so many people without explanation, people who gave their own money to you?? You are just practicing unneeded modding autocracy and shunning all the good players away... Because of this behaviour, many english/american websites dealing with web games now have Motion Twin either blacklisted or removed from recommendations. Was this really your intention? It's YOU who are losing money, people, how do you NOT get it??
Bottom line is, how hard can it be to just politely explain what the problem is and when (or if) will it be solved, by either uploading updates or at least by opening an option of transfering credits to the french/spanish version? Or at least let people express their opinion freely, it's the least you can do to stop a) irritating your customer base and b) getting a seriously bad reputation.
