is there a way i can get the key from portal lvl 54??

you mean the door? it opens after you killed the bombinos and gives acces to the hardest PD there is (hell) no need for a key. or do you mean 55? in that case you have to lay a bomb under the "c"

It's most likely he means that he has tried to reach the disappearing gamepad on 54.3, in which case no, there is no way to get it from that level- it will always disappear. The real gamepad is much much deeper in hell.

or he means if we think he would be able to get the PP? might also be an option.. in that case i'd say; not yet. finish the game first and unblock every key/gamepad outside hell you can
