How do i get the quest to be able to drop 2 bombs always?

this quest is hidden in the forum - search for it - find it - read it - after that the quest is complete and you can make 2 bombs at the same time

U must complete Constellations quest (40 41 42 43 44 45 46 47 48 50 51 ) then u can place 2 bombs!!!
