I play HF for some weeks. And in this time I note a point...

I can make a large point (ok, ok... 500k is not that big) but my bigger problem is I die a lot.

How can I do to avoid deat?

I will be better with time and practice. Sure! But until 'perfection' don't comes please gimme more tips to last more time.

don't touch the fruit. or the fireball.

Don't take this the Wrong way, but the best way to not die is to not be greedy. Don't Rush off to grab a powerup if your going to die just as soon as you get it. I Learned this the hard way and found that if i do that then more often then not i can make it to 50 with about 6+ Lives. from there on (For me at least) its just a rat race to see how much further i can get before I Run out of Lives. ^_^ hope that helps.

I think I still do too much mistakes...

And of course, the tip: "...don't touch any fruit or fireball"??? is very generic!

Anyway, I still die in low lvls (sometimes before lvl20 - is tuff to take!!!) and when IT happens I almost destroy my computer.

Perhaps after Zodiac Potions Quests the game will less dificult.

Play more and more and soon you will learning better

As you play more and more, you'll start to get better at controlling Igor without looking at the keyboard. Then you'll start to recognize where you lay bombs to kill the fruits off most effectively.

Then once you can do that and get to level 30 without dying once, which one you get the hang of all the levels, isn't that hard, then you can start memorizing all the requirements for the big cristals.

What I'm currently working on is NOT touching the cristal orbs unless they're in sequential order, which is really freaking hard to do sometimes, considering that if you avoid them, they seem to purposely pop up right where you're going, lol.

I think Death is a worst problem to beginners!

And don’t die until lvl 30 requires lot of work. I buy few credits , and with more games some tasks and quests come faster.

However, I believed Zodiac Quest (for up bombs) should be sooner.

My personal tips:
1- Know when drop bombs;
2- Learn how to get big crystal ;
3- Try go get CRISTAL letters in order . 150k reward, but is not that easy;
4- Pursuit the quests. It’s a nice way to give better items (and points);

PS: I don't look the keyboard to control Igor. And really... it's help.

I agree with playing without see the keyboards.
I always died when I try to kill enemies, like I kill myself to kill others, haha..
Just calm thru game, don't rush, don't delay (usually when delay, that irritating fireball will come!)

Well, midget16, as goron said, don't touch the fruit. It's not possible to die in the early levels if you don't touch the fruit (unless you take too long and the fireball comes up, but until you get to 16 that shouldn't be that big a problem)

I had to play A LOT to get as good as I am at the game now. And I STILL die on the early levels at times just because I'm rushing to get to the next level.

Yes, you are on a time limit, but while you're moving, look at the level, or better yet go to one of the sites that lists all the levels and study them there. Remember the patterns of the fruits, where they go usually, and how they attack (especially important for tomatoes)

A lot of these things take time. This is a game more suited to people who can or have played the original Mario Bros. If you haven't, I'd suggest finding an old NES system and the games at a thrift shop and practice them
