Le Panthéon ! 1
Friday 19 Mar 2010 18:07
I'm not sure but I think bully talked about people killing their baby so they could go back to their old lives (True story from Bulgaria.)
About the hostage situation I will always try to have them both alive. But if that's not possible I would probably kill the 'bad guy'. The problem here is that you can never know if there is no other way. You are not in his head and don't know if he will do it regardless of what he sais or even if he threatens her he won't do anything. A year ago the sister of my girlfriend (by that time) was caught hostage while she was travelling on the bus from Sofia to Varna (6-8 hours drive). The guy who took them hostage didn't mean to hurt them. He just wanted to be heard by our government about what he had to say and after years of useless trying to get the media or someone else's attention he couldn't think of anything but this. So you can't be sure and don't know what is going to happen, but even if you know that he'll kill her and if you kill him instead you will be judged, because you didn't follow the orders to stand down.

Me too, but what if he is not the bad guy and you don't know? If someone tries to kill the murderer of a good friend or a part of the family, who of them is the "bad guy"? Or if the "bad guy" is a good friend of yours? Your story is another good example.

I was thinking that would be better if the "bad guy" died than a good person, but when i read the replies i changed my mind... i saw that there are other ways...

I don't mean to foul up your question, but I'd need to know more information before I chose to kill. Is this guy insane, meaning is he likely to kill the girl for no reason? Why does he have her hostage? Do any of the people involved mean anything to me?
And if you don't know the reason... a anonymous called the policemen... without leaving any information... you don't know if they have any link one with the other or not... nothing
