I would like to get some referrals and need a Banner that has no javascript - just a .gif file.

Does anybody know if there is one available?

why not just take a screenshot of whatever frame of the banner you want, put it on your site in whatever way you feel and link it to "http://www.hfest.net/?ref=***"
