What can actually kill Igor? aside from the Fruits and the Fireball.

Also, explosions from killed bombinos, and the balls strawberries throw. (Or, would these, and projectiles from the fruits, count as the fruits?)

Falling off the bottom of the level when enemies are still present.. I assume it's because spikes are put out of your view and disappear when all enemies are defeated.

Can't be because of spikes. You die even if you have the protection shield. I think it is simply done as an own way of dying...
