So I have a question for anyone that's been here awhile.

I am done almost every single quest that's been thrown my way. All that's left for me is Eco Terrorist Pony, and of course since the money bag and money packet are both insanely rare, that's not going to finish anytime soon. So my question is, knowing that Eco Terrorist just gives you another disguise....is this it??

Will I unlock any new quests if I manage to beat the game finally? Or is this finally it for the English server? At the moment I am just trying to get 10 of all the items I can currently get.

Well, you have almost completed all the quests!
If you finish the game you will complete 3 "stand-alone" quests but unfortunately you won't open any new one.
On the French server you would have more opened quests (there are many keys for the parallel dimensions that need to be found) and the last quest Best Player but on the English server you can't complete them.

And after finishing Best Player (as I know, only 2 player finished it) you´ve the absolute amazing incredible deathly impossible quest of the Lighting Bomb that, for now, no one finished (no one know the effect except it unlock a new mod call sth like "Dangerous TNT").

And do you know if the green and pink orbs that spawn crystals on the entire level exist on this server either?

Yes, you can find all those objects but since they have a coeff. 6 you have a very low chance to find them (I think 1/20000 every round, according to the French server statistics! Correct me if I am mistaken ).
You can finish Guu's Mistery too, but it doesn't unlock any new quest

Who has the most items on the french server? I think it's rollerfou

Yay! I finished Guus Mystery a long time ago. But I am jealous of your completion of Musshrooms hunter. The skull-like thing for Guu's Mystery is a five coefficient I think, not quite as rare.

Can anyone please tell me, what the effect is, if you finish Guu's mysteri and the mushrom huter?

You get different hats. The mushroom quest gives you a Mario hat, not sure about the Guu.
