It does kill them in order, actually.
Useful for determining the order for the next time you get to that level.

Here's an interesting fact that I just discovered...

If you get rained on by 100

in 2p mode Sandy will not become big when she dies if Igor picks up the doll. This is untested if Sandy picks it up, however.

That means that when you pick up

you get 25 points for each one....likely because you pick them up so fast and never pay attention, you never saw the effect in game. A lot of people don't.
