If you take a look at This page you can see the countries that support SMS or Phone calls (they are quite expensive because most of the money goes for the mobile service). You can also pay via Paypal or Bank card here (you must choose how much games you want to buy before the "how are you going to pay" screen).

If you don't have a bank card or paypal account you can ask a friend who has one to buy the games for you after you give him the money for the transaction. I've done this a lot of times with my friends .

You can also Tell a friend about the game and if he buys some games you will receive 15% of the games he has bought.

Yet again you can play Carapass and when you get enough points (1800-1900) you will be able to buy a MT pass from the 'auction'. If you beat level 12 of the game you will get a MT pass as well. The MT pass can be used in every MT game to give you free games/points/gold.

Maybe they have changed it. If not - how are all those people getting the MT pass to be able to 'sell' it on the auction page?

they don't get sold by individuals.. MT just randomly puts up some things (upgrades, MTpasses) and you can place your bid for whatever it is you like..
