ok. go to learning. ok? then get out of the wall on red lvl with spikes. kill the thing then get bomb then float to where the crystal was.
fall then you reach a yellow gem! im serious..

Many of us know this already. In fact, you can keep going past the level with the yellow gem, but it's very tricky...you do the same thing with the red bomb as you did before to get up onto the far right ledge, then you fall down, and the goal on the next level is to get Igor onto the ledge right to the left of where you fall down..so basically, you have to kick a bomb to the left right after you enter the level to get on the ledge, or else you are just stuck there.

They're talking about getting out of the expected path in Learning mode. On the board with the cherry and spikes and a red powerup, it's possible to propel yourself outside of the enclosed portion of the level. This allows you to fall past the Learning level that has the 'exit' door, and reach several boards past there.

The first such level has a yellow crystal. You can use the red powerup to exit this level in the wrong location as well.

The next level looks like a dead end, but quick use of mid-air bombs can allow you to reach a few more levels.
