let me list the reasons why I don't believe you:

1. you've been know to be, well, annoying to get attention in the past.
2. the fact that no one, not even in the french forums, has heard of the item you're talking about.
2.5. it's not even on astuhf.free.fr, which has been known to make stuff up, has the item listed.
3. your claim that it's not in the fridge. the odds of an item existing that isn't in the fridge are about 0:0.

Did you maybe Dream it happened? I dream up new hammerfest items all the time.
Such as the Book of death- An open Blue book rather similar to the BoM and the BoS, but laying open and flat on the platform. I never figured out what it's effect was because I had to pause the game. next to the array of hundreds of imaginary items I dream up, this one sounds twice as false.

I once had a dream too
I was on level 2 with 0 points and a Tio Patinhas appeared, and a message appeared "You got infinite points!", and in points number a "Inf." appeared.
Then, it was like that:
