I've been reading Speaker for the Dead and it's pretty good... I'd say it's worth reading and even more is rather more adult-oriented than Ender's Game.

I also heard Xenocide was pretty good but I don't own that one.

Speaker For The Dead is definitely more centred around adults, and it is a fairly decent book in my opinion (though nowhere close to Ender's Game). Xenocide is good up until the ending, which ruins the entire book. Then, because Xenocide ended so badly, it was next to impossible to make Children Of The Mind good, so it ended up being pretty terrible.

Sorry for being so off-topic here, but if it makes people feel better, I'll add in something about Hammerfest.
