tell me please?why names of figures in council have names of some players?or names of some players just repeat names of council?

The carrotian council is meant to be a council of some of the best players on hfest. Especially, it contains those who have helped a lot in translation of the PD extension when it was added to the english hfest. So all of the Carrotians are players on this server, and though some of them are inactive, they have been "important" players.

If you go to the council on the other servers, you will also find names that appear a lot in the respective forums.

The other servers, however, use the players that first reached HoF

because they didn't need a translation... at least the french server.
