I had a dream where I was playing something like super mario bros, except it was sandy, and the ? blocks spawned coeff 5 and 6 items

Ace of Diamonds - 100,000 points
Tuber's Bag - Sandy cut holes in it and wore it
Golden Muffin - Sandy eated it and grew bigger
Turd - -1 point
Piou - It started walking, sandy grabbed it and died
