What quest do I need to finish to unlock this?

I did the box of chocolates quest, but it seems all the other chocolates are showing up except this. Do I have the prerequisites, or do I need to complete something else before this particular item will show up?

I'm not totally sure on this, but I think you have to finish the hammerfest feast quest to unlock that item, since that's the only non-parallel dimensions quest (other than divine sweets) that I have left that unlocks things.

Ok good, I only have that dark bowl of something left to complete that quest.

same here, unfortunately it's a level 5 item, so it's going to take a while to get it.

I got two of them But you are right, it takes a while... It's the same family as those ones ("The cake boy")
