Just for kicks, I played todays game using only one hand.

Results:
I beat PDs 0, 42, 46, and 51, althouh I somehow managed to miss both and xD

It's not hard to play with one hand. I've done it so many times, talking on the phone, doing some other stuff...

And I say 54.5 max. 54.12.0 is too much .

If 54.12.0, then also more (54.12.0 is the one with the raspberries, or am I mistaken there?)

Yesterday I needed to play with one hand for a moment... At the end of level 50. I wanted to bomb-jump over the spikes, hit Ctrl correctly, but forgot to jump -.-

Reached level 30 time in Ninjutsu mode. It took a LOT of luck. Having said that, my luck could have been even better. There was one level when a single bomb killed me twice. By hitting two hearted enemies.

That's a rather generous estimate, good sir. I plan to run like a chicken for the exit portal as soon as I reach 54.10.

(Not that I mind, but "she" would be more accurate... unless you were talking about my crash-test snowman, in which case, carry on.)

Since my first sleep-deprived attempt was preceded by about ten stupid deaths on the way to Level 54, I went in with only 2 lives, and... yeah, I'm not gonna count that. XD I'll tell you how it goes next time!
