It's possible, but you have to be exceptionally lucky. You should be able to reach 3M by just entering 3 or 4 more PD's (assuming you reach the 90's) ...

Phase (player) reached 4.7M before we even had the PDs.

So what would be the most likely PD path for reaching 3M?

Must visit (for easy, practically free points): 3, 6, 11, 33, 43, 55, 72/72.2, and 92
Recommended (but you'll lose a couple lives): 62, 64
Worth it if you're feeling lucky: 15/15.11, 25, 51

My routine is: 3, 6, 11, 15, 25 (if I have ), 33, 43, 51, 55, 62, 72/72.2, and 92. It's gotten me over 4 million points a couple of times now, without even earning many big crystals along the way. Even if you exclude the hair-pullers (15 and 51), you should still be able to pass 3 million easily.

Incidentally, what would cause bombinos to be stunned (but not start flashing) when the only thing you've done is spam white bombs at them? They don't stun each other when they explode, do they? It's happened a couple of times now in PD33, when I've attacked several in a group. Kinda puzzling.

vanilleon, i can't comment on 33 cause i dont have it yet, but i would take pd64 over 62 anyday, just because i find it gives even more points, and you dont miss two levels afterwards (forget which ones) that i can get a black giant crystal on usually.

also 46? first level is an easy giant jade, the rest are not really a problem.

for now im ignoring pd0 and pd2 just because i cant do them yet, but im going to add 54 and 82 in there too (ill leave before hurling metal obviously)

Why not between hurling metal and Tuber's tomb? HM is not too difficult compared to the other parts of Hell
And you can also do the first part of PD62 and come out at 63, so you don't lose any levels. Just go out of the PD when you see the first vortex.

also i have a feeling that dojo dropps you off after the guardian so i shouldn't do it correct?

Dojo leads to level 24. So actually you don't miss anything going there, but you don't get anything either. At least I think the big crystals are quite hard to get (the last one even impossible) and there are no other bonus points, so you won't get many points there and risk a lot of lives.

And as far as I know 86 is... extremely hard? Never played it myself
