@Mutoh: You have to actually unlock the Carrot to get the cloak? And once you get the carrot it gives you an extra life, right? I've looked but can't dig up the answer..

You get the 113 and 1199 at the bottom of Level 101 after Tuber dies, whether you've unblocked the 102 or not ;)
